Finding a therapist that is right for you at a rate for you can be a challenge, especially for queer, transgender, and non-binary folks. My goal as a therapist is to create space for folks to process, connect, and work through anything from everyday stress to major life events and trauma.

I have been working with folks across the gender, sexuality, and age spectrum in direct clinical practice and providing community support, educational trainings and queer programming for over 10 years combined. My clinical approach is informed by gender theory, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, and my experience as a queer white person. It is grounded in a client centered, trauma informed practice. I provide relational, psychodynamic therapy combined with elements of behavioral interventions, IFS, and somatic work. I am currently in training as an EMDR therapist. I believe that self-awareness and communication are critical to helping you become your most authentic self.

I also offer supervision to LMSW and LCSW providers at various stages in their careers.
